Maven Member Welcome Box

The Creative team was tasked to help boost member enrollments and engagement with an incentivized welcome gift. The gift would be sent to members at various stages of the family journey including preconception, fertility, maternity, and parenting.

I helped design a welcome box experience to surprise and delight Maven Members and encourage self care. The box featured a branded mug and blanket and included a welcome note with details on the product and how to begin booking appointments.

The Welcome Boxes were well received by members and generated some UGC posted on their instagram stories.
